PLEASE NOTE - Below is our online returns policy, which differs from our in store policy. If you would like to know more about our in store policy give us a call on 07801501450.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to fully refund the price of the the goods you are returning*. However the buyer will be liable for the return postage cost.
If you have ordered the wrong size, colour etc please feel free to email (firstname.lastname@example.org) us explaining the mix up and we will be happy to swap for the correct size or colour, however the same rules apply with regards to postage costs, with the buyer paying return postage.
The only products we don't accept returns OR exchanges for is hair dye, cosmetics and tights/hoisery. We don't accept returns or exchanges for these items due to health, safety and hygiene reasons.
*If you pay directly by credit card instead of Paypal your refund could take 2-3 weeks.
